Mission: In loving memory of Mr. Michael Abelon, first principal and co-founder of the Connecticut IB Academy (CIBA), we walk together to take one more step in the journey to finding a cure for Pancreatic Cancer. His dedication and service to the students and faculty will always be remembered.

The foundation hosted our first successful dress down at CIBA on January 16th with over 100 students wearing jeans and purple shirts or Abelon Walk shirts in support of the foundation. In addition, we capped off the night with a Live On! Concert at the East Hartford Cultural Center. The Clearview Band provided a fun night of music entertainment and at the end of the day, we had raised $1200 for the foundation!

Next up, will be a murder mystery with a scoop dinner on April 5th at CIBA.
